Luis doesnt use the tools from this website or HEX he is a programmer he makes his own tools incorrect answer. The correct answer is that he is using a DLL from Raz0r (that I helped develop) . This DLL allows for side-chaining of the ESL files into memory from a folder. If you download the DLL and install it you are able to side-chain files. The dinput8.cfg file would need to have these entries: [LIMITS] TotalPolygonsOnScreenFix = true [FILES] LoadESLFiles = true From the readme: "ESL_MODE folder: .esl files enabled in esl.conf are loaded instead of the original .esl files. ESLX corresponds to .esl file number. .esl files in this format "r400.esl" should be placed into ESLX folder and enabled in esl.conf."
Happy MOdding ps - It appears the files in the photo above are not placed in the correct directory (I could be wrong). Normally side chained files using the public DLL would go into \Resident Evil 4\FILES\EM\. The author of this mod does have a private version of the DLL which may have the files loading from somewhere else though.
