Sorry for the wait. The base version of the mod is now without the hat, and the hat is now a separate add-on mod that doesn't interfere with the regular mod. The earrings are part of the hat mod as well.
You can use the Police Cap mod with any mod for default Jill - not just Jill Bad Cop - as it is part of her hair mesh instead of her body mesh.

Now, any mod can be made police-themed simply by wearing this hat with it and reskinning it to be police blue!
