Can THIS be implemented into expanded levels? Much of the area assets are there, just need a clear pathway and enemy population with some items to make it work. I'm rather invested in expanding this game significantly and to do that I require the assistance of mappers and those who can work around this.
Allowing Jill access to many of the areas that are mapped but not accessible in base game to expand exploration, increase game time and allow for some alternate paths, like potentially going to the RPD with Jill before going to the Parking garage and opening up more of downtown like the STAGLA gas station etc?
I don't suppose anyone would be interested in commission?

The level is only loaded in for Carlos during his time there. The RPD you see as Jill is just a shell with nothing in it. It's pretty much a texture. And if you swap Jill's model with Carlos', you get this abomination.
This type of modification is pretty much only possible in a game like Skyrim which has a creation kit officially released by Bethesda itself.
So unless Capcom decides to release their own creation kit, I'm sorry to say this again, but your suggestions are not anywhere near possible at this time (and probably never will be).

Dude, I honestly don't think you're going to get through to this person. Just listen to the way they talk about modding the game: Uh huh. So what happens when we try to go into R.P.D. with Jill again? Did you not see the assets that are generated during playtime with Jill? That's all we need, apparently. Easy peasy. Doesn't even take into consideration the out of bounds video and how the environments are hard-coded for Jill and Carlos. So it's not that they're invested in it since they are limited to hypothetical ideas and copy/pasting youtube videos, cause this says at the bottom of it all I'm invested in this idea guys but I need other people to do the work for me. What? Really, if this person understood how hard it is to mod a game period, outside of cheat tables with pretty gui's, they wouldn't talk like it's so simple to get it done, and then turn around and say I require the assistance of mappers and those who can work around this. It's an insult to those who put their hard work and time into making the games we play better by modding. I mean, isn't that the entire modding job itself? Mappers and those who work around this? If they're so invested, what's their job? What are they willing to invest? End-user feedback after the mod and it's respective heavy lifting is done? This person needs to put their money where their mouth is and put up a decent bounty, cause no one will do this for free or for a reasonable amount as in under $1k for all the work that needs to be done. What about the hospital? Removing the debris in the way would allow for more exploration. I know it isn't city area but it'd be nice to see more of the hospital. Some areas are just blocked off and it would be neat to check those out.
Also, removing the debris from the second floor would also allow for alternative routes to be taken just for fun.
What do you think?

You have a point. It does add to the claustrophobic feeling. This type of mod is more or less reserved for those who've already played the game lol but I can see the flaws in that it is basically a cheat for speedrunning and that is not my intention. I've no idea how to mod it this way lol but you're right, it's most likely best to keep the hospital as is xD Maybe open up hallways for areas you were unable to explore in the first place. I'm sure the hospital has a few, right?

It is entirely possible, just not for someone like you it would seem. Creation requires will and dedication to create something. How can an ant comprehend what a bird can see?

You have nothing. You claim to have spent a lot, and have hired modders, but anyone can hire them. Anyone can spend $800.
It doesn't make what you want any more real then words on paper.
It's clear you have nothing, since you keep coming back here and trying to ask questions. If you have modders you hired, why are you wasting your time here asking questions instead of contributing ideas to them?
You can say whatever you want about me. But that doesn't make you any better of a person, nor does it get you any closer to your goal. The more you continue to lash out at me the less believable you look to everyone else and me.
So do something and prove me wrong and ill apologize in your release thread. Or do nothing, release nothing and prove me right. Up to you. Until then, I will be the one flying in the sky, while you just look up and wonder how I got there.

You should remove the barrier at the end of the power station street so players can use the ladder to drop back into the shop area like they do after escaping Rocket Launcher nemesis for the first time. It's all rendered and if you clip through it, all the items and the ability to see the streets rendered, etc is possible. This is a must imo as it wraps the map around giving the players another way back to the shops so they don't have to back track. While they may not trigger Nemesis there, he will still pop up I imagine when you go to another area I imagine. Same difference as he drops the same item for both scenarios.

It would be awesome if someone could find a way to make Nemesis spawn right after you grab the fire hose in the power station, like here me out for a sec, maybe as soon as you grab the fire hose you walk through the donut shop like in the demo and then you get that cutscene of him infecting the zombie, and boom that's a new encounter right there. I saw a post about someone working on something like this. I just get really excited guys I could see it happening too. I also want to say what you guys are doing on here is amazing and I'm talking to everyone who's been modding since the beginning. What I'll say is this at this point I'm willing to pay who ever can put more Nemesis encounters into the game, I mean it as soon as it happens just private message me. I just want to fight Nemesis more and I know there are others out there who feel the same. anyway thank you all for the support great work out there guys. Hopefully we can see a mod where Nemesis replaces a hunter gamma in the sewers too.

First off I've read everything and am just excited about the Project last thing we need is negativity. Anyway My proposal is for the one's who are working hard on the Mods not you. thank you for your input, but I'm talking to the one's who wish to make this possible. And if you read everything you would know that MoEHammered/Modder said this is very possible and that it's all a matter of messing with the Nemesisinthecity file. and as far as comparisons you're wrong, I'm NOT THE GUY SCREAMING FOR PEOPLE TO MAKE THE RPD OPENED TO JILL= which isn't possible. or the guy asking for the stagla gas station to have enemies inside it and make it fully explorable, no I'm simply a RESIDENT EVIL fan and a hardcore one at that... asking for a not so simple favor but am willing to pay for it so that everyone can have a mod like the one I'm suggesting.
And let's remember to let the modders work at their own pace that's how work get's done not by telling them to pick up the speed on things. and sometimes modders need a little help/or motivation and I'm here to pay for such a mod because I realize it's hard work, there's nothing wrong with sharing ideas to fellow modders remember that.
