heres something i dug up and i love this game i fianlly got it working again after 3 long years joy.Heres a modding guild
i was playing with 4 ada's all twin sisters hehe
i was looking to put jill in main game along with claire and leon with this turorial
i found
[XBOX 360] (RGH-JTAG) Resident evil ORC Swap models/skins
The swap mod also work for the 360 version and here is a simple tutorial
How to play as Leon, Hunk, Jill...
1. You will need a Hex edit program
2. Go to dlc/pack1/characters and find a file "characters.swb2" (make sure to keep a backup)
3 Open the characters.swb2 with the Hex editor and if for example you want to change {Lupo with Carlos} first type to find the text string Carlosoliviera.ssg
4. Select the line with the adress for the Carlos model but start from the 00 hex values and finish again the selection again with all the 00 like the picture (make sure to copy the Hex values and not the text string)
5. Now search now for Lupo.ssg in text string, again select the adress for Lupo model and make sure to start from 00 hex values the and finish with all the 00 hex values.
and now paste and replace the hex with Carlos model.
6. Search again for Lupo.ssg and replace the value again with Carlos values (you need to replace the 2 first model adress because the first adress is for the playable character and the second is for the ai bot)
7. Do the same and find Carlosoliviera.edgemolel, select and copy again the adress from the 00 hex and finish with all the 00 values.
8. Do the same for lupo.edgemodel
and replace with the Carlosoliviera.edgemolel hex values.
9. Search again for lupo.edgemodel and the replace it again with Carlos edgemodel value (like i said above you need again to replace the 2 first model adress because the first adress is for the playable character and the second is for the ai bot model)
10.Save it and you are done.
TIP:Every model address line (ClaireRedfield.ssg and ClaireRedfield.edgemodel for ex) have three results in the characters.swb2, you need to replace only the two first address lines you will find (the first is for the playable model, the second is for the ai bot model or it will be invisible in the game and the third/last is info about the character and if you replace this model address you will have a fatal crash error) so every time you search for a character model address to replace go to the top of the hex editor and just make a click and than search for the model.
Now you will have Carlos character for Lupo and it works fine with the default xex and the new TU
(Maybe it can also work as iso mod because you don't need to mod default.xex file but i haven't check it)

yes its from the RE ORC web we set up
but is there an easier way with a tool or something

Hey Guys, Sabre here. I played ORC alot on XBOX360 and now i bought it on steam and im even more exited about the pc version  So i wanted to ask you, if someone could make me my own character swap. I tried it myself, but im not really good with this hex stuff =( I already downloaded 101 Heroes and it worked great but i really wanna keep Willow because she is one of my main characters. Id love to have a switch mod like that.

Dee AY -> Jill Party Girl -> Leon Harley -> Claire Id be happy about a respone, would give this old game a new look to enjoy Thx in advance =)
