He is the mod creator  Ah at the bottom of his post it says "permission from mod creator" so I assumed he was simply sharing a mod he found on Nexus. Thanks for the clarification. Actually it says " Model creator's permission for use" but I can see how you might've gotten them mixed up

But what is "33-shot 9mm parrabellum rounds" ?  A 9mm PARA round that you can shot 33 times ? Other then that description, awesome mod
