For me it replaces Classic DLC costume and works even on saves after hospital. So yeah i say its for full game.
Maybe try reread game files in modmanager and then install it, had similiar problem in RE2R and it helped.
so it replaces the stars outfit? I only have the default and stars outfit in the costume section So there is your problem then. It repleces "classic" RE3 outfit you get from preordering the game. There is no other way to get it at the moment.

Awesome work, I'll definitely be using this from now on. Only thing I'm not really crazy about is the "Anatomy Improvements", I actually prefer Jill's default body shape. Edit: download link doesn't seem to work  Edit 2: Found the mod's NexusMods page here and was able to download, thanks again jimmyandresrg!

This mod doesn't work for me, I just get a floating head. I did download a new version of the Fluffy Mod Manager a few days ago but it doesn't seem to work with RE3 (EDIT: The updated version from April 3 www.nexusmods.com/residentevil32020/mods/8?tab=files) The only mod that works for me is the Jill prologue outfit

It doesn't replace Jill from the hospital and beyond. I think the mod is still unfinished, good job though.

I have a save in the Lab, right before Nemesis fight in disposal area, and it does work there for me.

Thanks to the others who listed the real download link. Thanks for the work as this is a real improvement to the pre order outfit. nice to see someone doing a mod here i was thinking everyone just gave up and only made 20 million nude mods now.
