yes, however the mod is an add-on for the MegaMan mod, it should show it to you to install when you click on MegaMan in the mod manager

it shows a little + symbol next to the MegaMan mod

if you click it, it should show the MegaMan mod and the MegaBuster as add-on

like this:

you can then choose to install it!

fixed bugs
- cloth effect on model
- gloves are now blue instead of black

These are still known bugs, but these have been updated slightly:
- neck clipping through the collar
- arm/shoulder skinning improvement
