Alright the mod has been updated, and the neck seams are gone. The grimy-looking spotty normals on the face are gone, and the eyes now have original crafted normals from Capcom (rather than just being averaged)

I didn't think this mod would make much of a difference until I tried it.
It is a great improvement in cutscenes and works really well with Chiarav1's Julia Voth mod.
Thank you for making and sharing your mod.
