This is originally made by Shigu , but it has melee bugs before. I fixed it and reuploaded it again.
I released the "HD" version before, but it seems that mod is a little "over the top" regarding to texture department.

So here it is, my latest work around. Tried to keep him look as original as possible, but in HD of course.
But what's different between this and my old version?

The new things are :

1. New Merc Reunion menu screen (replaces Josh with Leon) , credits to Frank Alcantara
2. I changed Josh (BSAA) name to Leon (US STRATCOM) in high score (stage select) screen.
3. I changed Josh hud name to Leon (better text/font than my version before), credits to Amy, who did the Leon text for Chris. I swapped it to Josh.
4. I changed Josh's merc portrait with my new Leon Model (actually represents how he looks ingame)
5. I made new 4K HD textures, includding diffuse, specular, and normal maps. Works properly with no texture maps mis-matches like the previous version.
6. I added new melee moves with corresponding name changes ingame.

a. Hammer blow - Roundhouse (Jill's)
b. Power kick - Side kick (Wesker's Mustang Kick)
c. Backhand - Double kick (Jill's)
d. Iron tackle - Reverse roundhouse (Jill's)
e. Suplex - Suplex
f. Dynamite kick - Drop kick
g. Choke slam - Choke slam

7. Changed Josh's stats and name in merc reunion character selection screen to reflect Leon's current stats (credits to Frank Alcantara ). I did change his name to "Leon Scott Kennedy", but I think it is too long, so I used Frank Alcantara 's version, "Leon Kennedy" instead.
8. I changed (swapped) Josh's ingame voice with Chris's (Thanks, Good job, help, grunts, etc).

Credits:

Shigu Original mod, all credits goes to him.
Amy - Leon hud text.
Frank Alcantara - New Merc Reunion Menu, Leon name & stats in character selection screen.
verdugo7 (me) - New merc reunion portrait, Leon hud text swap, new 4k HD textures, melee swap, melee name change, text changes,

etc.
Wolfyyy - Eyeball texture fix

Yes, or you can install it manually.

Thank you for the kind words. Unfortunately no, he doesn't use Leon's voice. But I swapped his voice to use Chris's instead. So in game he will use Chris voice (grunts, taunt, expression like "thanks", " Go") etc. But in Desperate Escape dialogue and cut scenes it will remain to use Josh's voice.

That would be great but unfortunately that is beyond my knowledge
