I am wondering if someone could make a compatibility patch, as from what I have tested the problem between the RE3.5 Leon and the HD project mod is the jacket Leon, as I tested it without 3.5 Leon and it crashes with jacket Leon if modded in at a later point in the game, I tried to port him over none jacket Leon without success. so if you can help I would be grateful

Man. People really need to up their game here and make all mods Based off the re HD project.
The issue is probably a missing texture… Did you compare the pack files?

Alright did more testing along with a different trainer, is has nothing to do with 3.5 Leon mod its with HD project and using jacket Leon or any other char at any point other then the intended point, no clue on how to fix this if you got any info I would be grateful.

My suspicion is that the textures are missing that is why the game is crashing. Did you compare the 2 pack files and see the differences?

not sure which files to compare as its any trainer and not sure what problem the trainers are causing as even having one open causes a game crash

You said there is an issue with 3.5 LEon mod and HD project. Can you show a link to the 3.5 mod you are talking about. I am confused by the talk of trainers as there was no mention of that in your initial post.

Yea sorry about the confusion I tried fixing it myself and found there is no issue between the 3.5 and HD even tho it was stated there was by JWesker there was the problem seems to be with any sort of trainers and HD project so I'm looking for away as of now to port 3.5 Leon over to LeonW/O jacket. Once again sorry about the confusion and thanks for your time

I am totally lost now. I compared the pack files between Alberts and the mod and everything looks fine. If the issue is with a trainer then it makes no sense.

So you're saying that the mod only works when the trainer is used? Which trainer anyway?
EDIT... you last post is even more confusing.. youre saying the HD project wont work with any trainer?

The mod to be able to used through out the game needs to use a trainer to swap to jacket Leon but that is not possible as trainers don't work with HD project

and yes HD project works with no trainers from my testing
EDIT: yes I thought at first there was a issue between HD project and 3.5 Leon but the problem is HD project can't use any trainers and to use 3.5 in the entire game you need a trainer. i've tried raz0rs and fluffy's mod manager

Trainers have nothing to do with HD project. All trainers will work with HD project, and of course the HD project works fine without trainers.
If you want the jacket mod throughout the game ask the author of the mod to make it. He has only made one for pl00 which is only for jacket Leon. He would need to make the mod for pl08 which is the main Leon in game with no Jacket.
Usually we can use a trainer to use this pl00 to swap to pl08.THe author of the mod even said:
"To play through Leon campaign you'll need UHD Ultimate Trainer and change the costume to Jacket.
(UHD Ultimate Trainer by Raz0r)"
Again, I dont see how this has anything to do with HD project.
