Hello good afternoon, I am new to this page and I don't know if this thread is in the correct section ...
My question is there will be a free camera mod that allows you to move freely. I have tried to search for this mod for weekly thanks for taking your time to read this. I'm sorry my English is that I speak Spanish I hope you understand

No one has made a free camera mod as far as I am aware.
Interest in modding RE7 is VERY low.

After playing demo on Steam, it's not for me, just a ''okayish'' game with RE name on it..
So I'm not surprised for no desire to mod it, but I'm sure there will be plenty for RE3 just like for RE2 recently, not to mention older entries..

I remember playing the Demo over a year ago and was on the same wavelength as yourself and not overly interested. It seemed pretty different to me to from what I could remember when playing that awesome first hour of RE7. I bought it at new year and it is a solid game that returns to so many things Resident Evil was originally.

Demo has been updated by Capcom to change that. I also watched gameplay on YT, in my opinion it has very little from classic RE, I love first RE and RE2 too (including Remakes), but cheap jump scares and first person is not enough to make it feel like old RE game. Maybe without Resident Evil name slaped on it I would give it another chance, maybe, wait still nah lol Maybe unpopular opinion, but I'm glad Capcom changed it's approach with RE2 2019 and RE3 2020 as we have already seen from RE2 2019 and from RE3 2020 trailers.

Glad you liked it, for me 7 will never be even close to classic RE games, and I did play updated demo and watch YT gameplay (also my friends were playing it and also hated it), it was more than enough for me, also they butchered Chris lol, no thanks. Waiting for RE3 2020 tho I find it annoying that people wants to change my and others people mind, there are people who liked it and others who don't, and that's, there is no need to drag this further, besides Capcom said RE2 2019 did sell better, and it was just a remake/remade of an old game, this show what many core/classic fans wants, and this is why they are doing RE3 ''Remade'' 2020, and maybe Code Veronica Remade next year. I hope they will make REV3 too, I liked those games, even if they had less budget.. Also this is offtopic and old thread..

I think a major factor in the lack of interest in modding for re7 is that they got rid of the third person perspective and modding the main character that you would normally see throughout the journey and play as is a staple when modding just in general; also another reason is that, I think is it does veer off too much from the resident evil formula just enough for many that, the interest in modding for it just was not there.

Nice try, RE ended with RE6 for me, at least RE3 2020 and especially RE2 2019 are good enough. Capcom was not happy with RE7 sales, (less than RE6 lmao) so who knows what will they do with RE8, either way I don't care, it's just a game with ''RE'' in the name.
Btw. Don't bump old threads.
