I don't know I installed the mod like the author said I should and after seeing the physics was wrong I just copied the BIO4 folder pasted it and renamed it FILES and somehow it worked for me. Oh I also did not have a files dir, I only had Bin32 and BIO4 in my RE4 steam folder. Thanks for your reply. This still makes no sense to me though. Can you answer a couple of questions? - When you said you copied and pasted the BIO4 folder, did you mean the one that is in the 'Ashley in main game with physics.rar' file? - Where did you paste this ? Thanks

What you said is very confusing. Anyway, i was hoping to understand where you put the files, but I have no idea what steps you took. I mean, reading what you wrote makes no sense at all. You copied the BIO4 base folder (what does this mean)? You mean the entire BIO4 directory with all the game files? Please explain. You installed the mod? (what mod files did you 'install'? How did you install them? Where did you install them)? What did you paste into the base game folder? Sorry man, your description makes no sense.

My resident evil 4 folder only has 2 folders on steam , BIO4 and Bin32, Bin32 has the game.exe and BIO4 has all the files. (steamlibrary/steamapps/common/Resident Evil 4)
AFTER I installed the entire mod, I copied the modified BIO4 folder, pasted it into the Resident evil 4 folder and renamed it FILES.
Now my Resident Evil 4 folder has 3 folders, Bin32, BIO4 and FILES.

SO your FILES folder has duplicate directories of all the BIO4 folder, like Em, St1, St2, Etc, Snd ? etc.

Yes the FILES folder is a duplicate of BIO4 OK thanks for your patience with my constant questions. The thing is that the FILES folder does not support reading folders other than what is provided in the Companion DLL. So what that means is, you probably have the "physics.cfg" in that FILES folder, but you could delete the rest as the DLL cant read any of it.

Hello, I've been trying to get this mod to work for a little while today and it feels like it's just refusing to work. I did a fresh install of rezzi 4 on steam and followed the instructions to a T. Did I do something wrong?

Hi bro, I have a question to ask you. I want to make some asl replacement mods with physical effects, but when I try to modify pl01_000.bin or pl11_000.bin, it crashes when I enter the game, I don't have any clue why this happens, can you give me some hints?

i never happened about it ? and i know, that pl01 for ashley which can be played and pl11 for ashley who can only follow leon. maybe you made a mistake in the file.

Seems to be a nice mod and all but my game is constantly crashing now after everything was installed.
And no my pc definitely isnt the problem

Those are part of the Companion DLL which I am fairly sure is explained in the original post.
