I have no idea how RE2R modding works. I've tried all the tools and all i get is glitchy textures :/.
I made a Custom Face Texture for The RE3 Jill Mod (this mod here): www.nexusmods.com/residentevil22019/mods/370/
Anyways i cant convert my custom texture on my own. (Located here): www.dropbox.com/s/3wymrdgmc1k6ruc/not%20a%20potato%204k.png?dl=0
To anyone that can replace the mods face texture with my custom one and repackage the .ARC file i would really appreciate it!

In this video I edit a mod, and also show how to convert the textures, so simple, do not need HEX_editor, just photoshop E retool

Go to "13:41" in the video and follow the simple steps
