And just so I'm clear just copy the natives folder into the game directory? Also do I have to have the Arklay outfit? Cause if I leave it installed the mod doesn't even show up. Thanks

Figured it out. I think I was using a different version of a mod manager or something cause I used the one from your link and now it works perfect. Thanks for you time

But I have a rather awkward question to ask: Would it be very difficult to add body hair to Leon's body?  (Leg hair, arm pits, chest hair) To me, it would look more natural. Omg XD
