I've got a little problem, but first of all I want to say that this reskin is awesome. It actually makes me want to use the military costume. Now, on to the problem I'm having. I've copied the natives folder inside of the white shirt folder and put it in SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2 and for some reason whenever I select the military costume it just appears as the regular non-reskinned military costume. I don't have the alternative outfits unlocked yet if that makes any difference. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried using Fluffy's mod manager (didn't work) and even gone as far as reinstalling the game (didn't work either). Any help would be much appreciated. I really want to use this reskin lol.

I used Fluffymanager, just dropping it into the game install location wont work. Use Fluffymanager by placing one of the folder options into the re2r mods folder (i.e - Claire RPD (White Shirt) ) Then it should be in your mods list in Fluffymanager, install and it should work. If not check you have updated Fluffymanager and use the re read archives option in Fluffymanager just incase.

Yeah, either I messed up by putting the "natives" folder in Fluffymanager instead of "Claire RPD (White Shirt)" or it was because I haven't updated the manager in a while. Either way, your instructions got it to work. So, thanks for the help. I was going insane trying to get it to work haha.

Really baffled that you wouldn't upload them seperately in .rar files to make it mod manager friendly.

I tried "Moving the files around" as you say, Nothing Nadda, Doesn't work. Every. Single. Time.
Tried so many times to get it to work. But it doesn't. So please, do tell me I'm not allowed to express a little disapointment.

So please, do tell me I'm not allowed to express a little disapointment. Maybe he didn't explain it properly. Have you tried to open the .zip file and did you use Fluffy Manager? If so, you can see that there's three options to choose from. Choose one (blue/khaki/white) and then drop it to RE2R mod folder where you put your mods in. Open the Fluffy Manager, install that mod and you're ready to go. Just in case you didn't know, Fluffy Manager will only read .rar file. So for .zip file, you have to extract them to the RE2R mod folder in order to make it work. Let me know if the problem persist.

Is there any chance of you making variants without the undershirt and glove textures? I love these mods but don't like the undershirt and glove textures over Claire's skin.
