Imo these guys spend a lot of time and put in a lot of attention to detail but they should have some money going towards them in the form of donation and not just sell it. This just comes off as 3rd party DLC at this point and it shouldn't have to come to that. This is what the modding community is against. Still, you shouldn't disrespect him.
EDIT:
Also, to speak on your comment on how easy it is to make skin mods. It doesn't take 5 minutes. It takes more than that and you really have to learn to use it properly or else you get a shitty skin. If you are going to leak these paid mods, all you have to do is upload it as a torrent. Saves you the trouble.

So it is. if capcom would care they would do actions. many companies doesnt care. if he doesnt make money he simply wouldnt do any mod. if you guys keep pirating he will stop completly, you will have to download most of low effort claire mods.

I agree with you on that. I don't think modders should sell mods. Are they entitled to some money? Yeah, donations. If anything, people will donate to you if you are that good. I won't pay $15 USD for a skin mod. The orignal alternate costumes cost $2.99 USD.
