However, in mercenaries mode.. it gives me this error:

I have tested everything and it works. I don´t know where your mistakes are... Do you have choosen Sheva Normal in campaign?

Make sure you havent equipped any of vests (melee/bulletproof) and it should work

Yeah... I got her to work again. Though, I'm not sure exactly how... I just kept trying all the Sheva alternate costumes and eventually Excella appeared! lol!

Sidebar:
Does Excella have a full suite of audio / voice grabs? I notice she has certain Excella quotes but then uses Sheva's for some some others...

Thanks... but what's this for?

I can get Excella to work in campaign now. You just need to set the Costumes option in Special Features to Sheva "Clubbin'" and it should work. If not, just uuse Wilsono's trainer to model swap to Sheva BSAA, load a games, exit and model swap to Shave Clubbin' again. It works for me like that. There's just some odd sequence in the way the game reads the model files it loads and you need to kind of 'reset' to Sheva BSAA for the modded Sheva Clubbin' (Excella) to appear.
