Sadly, I have the same issue. Neither will work. There is no head showing at all. All my other mods work one by one but sadly not this one.

some mods conflict other outfits maybe this is one.
remove all other claire mods you have. install only 2b.
also re-read all archives in mod manager before install!

Thanks for the reply. Sadly, I did all that. That's why I stated one by one. I did have the black screen startup issue about a week ago but got that fixed. Now, it's just this particular one giving me some fits. I'll mess with it some more.

I finally made it work by merging Default Ada Over Claire Stockings with files from folder 1 and 2 of 2B mod (with skirt).
The mod works when selecting Claire Noir outfit but now Elsa Walker outfit is 2B with checkboard textures.
It's way too complicated to install your mod, and you should provide all files needed in your archive, and make in entirely compatible with Fluffy Manager.
Otherwise, when it works, it's really good work.

I have about 40 mods for Fluffy. This is the only one giving me this particular issue. Don't wannt extract the files and install that way.

you dont need rar file to install mod. extract rar check the folder. probably he has both versions on rar its confusing.

I don't see both in the file. Interesting thing is, the regular version with skirt, game does not recognize at all that it is installed. Every outfit is normal. When I try the skirtless version, none of the outfits have a head.

When I try the skirtless version, none of the outfits have a head. What i gather is the head of nier (skirtless) and the body are all one piece and the head file included is a blank default head. Thus there is no head on the other outfits. which sucks cause i woulda liked to use the skirtless ver but not at the cost of jacking up every other outfit

1-copy game directory replaces claire to trench coat Ada 2-copy modmanager directory replaces ada to 2B so install both of them works fine Thanks to this comment I finally understood how to properly install this mod with Fluffy Manager (2B with skirt). Here are some more detailed instructions: - Create a folder for the mod in Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\RE2R\Mods with an appropriate name.
- Download 2B replace Claire(Noir) or Ada archive, but don't place it in Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\RE2R\Mods.
- Open the archive and copy the natives folder found in NieRAutomata 2B Claire(Noir) or Ada\1-copy game directory to your created mod folder (it replaces Claire Noir outfit with Ada in trenchcoat model).
- Open the archive and copy the natives folder found in NieRAutomata 2B Claire(Noir) or Ada\2-copy modmanager directory to your created mod folder (it replaces Ada in trenchcoat model with 2B with skirt model).
- Launch Fluffy Manager and activate your fixed 2B mod.
- Launch Resident Evil 2 and select Claire Noir outfit.

Thanks @dr. I will try it. Just deleted entire game and re-downloaded with same issue. I'll give your setup a try.
You are awesome. That worked. Thanks! I wonder if the same thing will get the skirtless version working as well. With the standard format that FMM uses, should work for every single person.
