Thanks for sharing this!, I've been working on a max script based on maliwei777 R2RE script too but I had be able to export it only with three LODs. Anyway, the result wasn't perfect nor with my script, neither this one. The problem seems regarding the shadows or AO, for example with nero's hair. When I import it to 3DS and export the mesh without any modification, the mesh has lack of shadows. Here is an example replacing Vergil's hair  Any idea?

we really need a 2019 version, i haven't been able to successfully export a model and i have no idea how to get 3dsmax 2014. either ways though thank you for making a script for dmc5 in particular.

Have there been any updates to this? The v0.2 one doesn't export tangents and creates a very unpleasant effect on character models.

Any chance of an update of the RE2 script to import the character's head? make facial expressions. The current script only works on the import of the body and with that it is necessary to make the head and the body as a single knit.

I was testing the script is that I wanted to do this mod, I did, but it has strange error of cutscenes, soon I will try again. IN-GAME
