do u have the Noir Dlc 1st? open the pause menu and select costumes then choose it in leons section

Listen carefully,

1st-if u have the DLC costumes,u can change it by pressing Pause menu,Costumes,Unlocked outfits,then u can select Noir costume

2nd- if u have the Dlc and cant see the mods u have installed,then u didnt install it properly
