ITT: People assuming that anyone thinks the IRL model looks ugly in any way, when not a single person has said that.
Yeah Katherine shares a lot of the same facial qualities as a face model should, but there's obviously going to be changes to the 3d model. You can still think a model is beautiful IRL but ugly ingame if they make changes (even if to intentionally make her less pretty) like doubling the size of her nose or changing the shape of her eyebrows.

for claire and leon, they were pressured by consumer demand to keep them beautiful and i can see no glaring functional flaws with their skulls. phenotypically they might not be everyone's cup of tea. the cleft chin is essentially a defect in fusion of the mandible, but it's not devastating to leon's look. As a fellow mewslim, I have to agree with most of what you said. However. Claire's model actually displays a number of cranio-facial defects. Take a look at this edit from @rozwellramierz thread. I marked the areas of interest on her face. As you can see on the left. Claire actually has a significant amount of upper maxillary recession, giving the appearance of flat cheekbones and slight protrusion of the nose (aka big nose) . She also has some bi-maxillary protrusion near the area of her mouth/lips, which also gives the appearance of a recessed chin.
As for her eyes. It seems they made the irises too large and one of them, seems to deviate or "wander" slightly. Sort of like this but not as drastic.
