I've been playing through the mod and reached the Lab, and there's definitely a lot of things to report. I'm not sure if you saw my messages on discord, so here they are.
Most of the zombies work as intended, there are some like the fat zombies and females where their legs and heads still show.
The lickers work, but most of their sounds are muted for some reason so you only hear their scratching when they agro. I don't mind that so much since it makes them scarier, but I doubt that's intentional.
G1 and G2, and G enemies all crash the game.
The Ivy enemies are broken ATM. They make no sound whatsoever and you will permanently lose any defensive item you use on them. The flame thrower is basically useless since flames don't show on them and it seems sometimes your flames and stuff don't even connect.
I think I'll disable the Ivys and see if G3 and super Tyrant don't crash for you. If you do update this mod, I recommend trying to fix the sound issues and letting flames shows on Ivys, it'd make them actually playable.
Edit: G3 crashes the game and Super Tyrant is invisible, but has no sound and no hitbox, making him impossible to beat.

Thanks for putting the time into finding the bugs, I'll see if I can fix them sometime soon but I'm kinda busy with a few major projects at the moment but once that's done I'll go check my past releases and fix the ones that are causing issues.

Gave this a go tonight. Played on Claire A Standard with Invisible Zombies, Lickers, Dogs, G-Types, Ivys, and Alligator (along with a handful of cosmetics like Mr. X to Thomas, Pizza First Aid, and a few costume alterations.)
Dogs worked fine. Zombies mostly worked. The fat zombies were all haunted pants, which was funny. Also had a couple floating lady heads. Lickers did not seem to exist at all. No audio indications that they ever spawned and I was able to run through the rooms they were supposed to be in without being attacked. G-Types... I think... caused the game to crash. Specifically, pulling the switch to open the gate in the sewer (the switch in the room with the two zombies and the one sleeper zombie) caused the game to crash, as does going down the ladder into the poop maze. Turned off all mods except Invisible G-Types and it still crashes.
Don't know if this helps you or just makes your life more difficult, but figured I'd report in.
You can see for yourself on my VOD if that helps.
No Lickers 1:25:00 Game Crash at 2:06:50
Anyway, thanks for the work thus far. I especially appreciate the funny lines in modinfo.ini
