Using the mod manager, it says both your Annette and Irons mods install, but in game they still look the same :/ u r installing wrong maybe check the steps to do it carefully

I throw both .rar files into the RE2R mods folder and Fluffy Quack's Mod Manager sees them and shows that it installs them (green check mark), but nada. Other mods are installing just fine except these two (Irons and Annette) for some reason.

I was meaning to mention, I really do quite like what you've done here! Anette looks really good with your texture work! Her character design seems to pop a lot more with this look, and it's quite effective. It's weird but this kinda draws attention to the fact that her model is a lot prettier than her original look made her out to be.
If I may suggest one thing though, the makeup looks good, but the fact that her eyelashes are still very blonde with the extra makeup comes off as a bit odd. If at all possible, I'd darken the eyelashes too as if she also used mascara. It'd look a bit more "natural" with the current look!

Well I am not sure if it uses the same as the hair what I can try i to make the eye liner a bit more "hard" on her eyes and see if this makes her look like that
