i copied 'natives' to the root directory,but nothing changes in the game That won’t work. You have to make use of the Fluffy Mod Manager for this mod. i did and her eyes still pop when she's grabbed by the zombies

Anyway, yes. That one is not possible to get rid of for now unless they mix and match the faces. Like having Ada’s face but with Claire’s Eyes and Mouth so that the facial animation pop outs probably won’t happen. Or a re-tone of Claire’s skin to match Ada’s skin tone and add in the neck accessory which Ada has to cover the hole.

Tried verifying the files but still with 0% issue. Disabling all mods seems to work fine. Any alternative mod for this one?.

I'll just say it again then. So far, the one that gave me the 0% loading screen is the Ada over Claire Default Model Swap mod. The other mods (that I only have interest in) work for me. Also, after you verify the files, you have to disable the mods then re-enable them. Or disable them first, verify the files then enable your mods again. That works for me. All except for that mod I mentioned that gave me my own 0% Loading Screen.

I did that as well. Still does not work. I got a reply which made sense. Since that mod which I am using was not updated by EvilLord, it just won't work no matter what I do. For now anyway.
