Is it possible to have a version that doesn't require fluffy manager? I think that you'd have to do it manually disabling the referenced files and replacing the original .pak file with the extracted files, but it would be absurd. I recommend you to use the mod manager.

Sorry but I can't make it work, with fluffy mod manager it just creates the foler "LE_NOIRHAIR" in the RE2 root folder. When I copy the "natives" folder from your mod and put it in the root folder, it just doesn't work, I still have the default hair.
Do you have any suggestion of why it doesn't work?

Extract the .rar file into Games\RE2R\Mods path and then install it with mod manager

Either way, nice work! Leon with short hair looks so good lol

Leon with short hair looks so good lol Don't install it directly from the .rar file. Extract the directory into Games\RE2R\Mods path and use the mod manager to list the mod, then install it.

Yeah I did that lol I extracted the files from the rar into a new folder in the mods directory. Not sure what I did wrong, though.

You don't need create any folder in the mods directory, you have to put the root folder extracted from the .rar into the mods directory. For example: Games\RE2R\Mods\ LE_NOHAIR\ natives...

Any way to have Leon have his casual intro outfit, but still have the standard hair? Is there a mod for that yet?
