Maybe unizipping the file instead of keeping it in RAR form? Also be sure to run the manager as an administrator. Also make sure you don't have other mods loaded over this that would also change Leon's appearance. Might not work seamlessly.
Again, the mod is working fine for me.

Is there any hope for a total black reskin?

Is there any hope for a total black reskin? I too would love one of these, however I am also hesitant, because as it stands it would only last for a portion of the game, right up until we reach the garage. I'd rather we get the current textures working for the dirt and injured variants first.

I've tried doing everything that people suggested including doing a fresh install of Re2. Still can't get it to work. I'm out of ideas.

My game crashes when I select it. Finally got mine working last night. Failed at first, and i got some errors from copying some files. So i deleted the natives folder in game directory, reinstall mod manager, turn off antivirus, start mod manager on admin, spam re read game archive button and install mod. The mod i unzip instead of a rar form. Then it works.

Would be nice if they actually WORKED. The RE3 Umbrella Soldier uniform essentially breaks my game.

I'd rather we get the current textures working for the dirt and injured variants first. We do not have any plans on adding dirty variants. But if you have the option in costume select "police" selecting that will never change from this look. The other option would be I replace the dirty ones with the cleans ones. My game crashes when I select it. Shouldn't be a problem with the mod. Try updating the mod manager from the main post link (Fluffyquack regularly updates it to fix bugs and issues) and the uninstalling all mods, go into the RE2 Directory and if you have a natives folder delete it, re-read game archives, then install the mod. Also select in costume select "police" it keep the clean textures which this modifys. If you still have issues try verifying files in steam, then re-trying these steps. Yeah Fluffyquack updated his mod manager quite a few times, so people should get that and uninstall and reinstall mods when updating the mod manager. Also you don't need to spam the read game archives button, just press it once and wait, in the bottom left it'll pop with a message when its done. Would be nice if they actually WORKED. Uninstall all mods, update the mod manager from the main post, go to the RE2 directory and delete the natives folder if one exists if not dont worry move to next step, re-archives, install mod.

Tried the UBCS it causes the game to be stuck on a loading screen at 82% forever. No other mod does this I tried making it the only installed mod but it's the same issue.
