author don't try his mod before to propose it FIXED now. The issue was a folder name not matching the .rar file. New download is up. Sorry for the inconvenience!

i use ada over claire noir with manager and use your mode with mod manager too. not works
i use your mod and after use ada over claire noir, it's the same thing.
need help

Can you also offer a version with inverting the blue and red parts? ... as the blue parts become red in colour, and vice versa.

Hey, I kinda noticed something. I know this is a little "nitpicky" but remember the part where Ada gets shot at by Annette and Leon saves her? Thus, the iconic dress is finally seen when she takes her coat off to care for Leon. I played with this retexture and after she takes it off and puts it on top of Leon, the coat reverts back to its vanilla beige color. I know it's like a small thing but is there any chance you could retexture the removed coat Ada left on Leon to be the same colors as this mod? My mini-OCD is acting up because of it lol If you are unable to, I understand. I still love this mod and will always cherish it. Thanks again!

I'm pretty sure it's because the removed coat is a separate object, might even be part of the map since there was an out of bounds video for the game using a camera mod they were able to see that the coat is actually floating there before/during the cut scene where Leon gets shot

Hello i used this whit the Anette mod and it looks fantastic but can you reducce the physic off the coat? Cause the coat moves doe gameplay sometimes so that she looks like she wears nothing means i can see her underwear xd

For people having trouble installing it: You should extract the .rar file folder into the fluffy manager folder "Mods". Do not put the .rar file straight into it.
If you have a swap mod like Ada to Elza skin for example, first install the swap, then apply the Carla Radames mod, it should overwrite Ada's default skin.
