This is because in cutscenes loading another texture the face and eyes of Leon.Need swap each one in scenes

it´s true! the texture loaded in cutscene is in other folder! but i can let skin pale to combine!

i notice this too but...to create a latex we need bump maps lighting effecs like re6. in re4 is impossible to look like latex!
