Thank you so much! Guess we have to choose between Claire or Ada this time xD 1. Could someone told me how to do it if i just want to change the hair of ada with other hair? (Like messy hair, annete hair, claire hair) 2. Please advise if this mod already fix or not with ada wong mouth doesn't have a talking movement in cutscene? If it is already fix where the link to download? #1 is possible, There are probably tutorials around the site (somone definitely posted the instructions in a post but I forgot where it is) or maybe someone will tell you here This is what I could find for now, you replace the files in order to switch hairs residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/9862/re2-ultimate-file-listSomeone can provide you with better instructions if they feel like it As for #2, I don't think that will be ever fixed because there are no existing animations for Ada at all for the cutscenes. The cutscenes were never intended for Ada in the first place thus, there are no animations. Even if you get the mouth moving, don't expect to be insync with the words.

Swapping Ada's hair around is fairly pointless - her cranium (bald) is textured with a faux shadow effect around her forehead which mostly makes the other hairstyles kinda look like crap on her waterson

Does anyone else get a double reload animation for Claire's SLS 60 gun when using the Ada mod? Like she'll reload how ever many bullets you shot, and then do another reload animation and reload all 5 bullets. Not sure why this is doing it for me, but it's annoying for speedrunning. I am talking about the stock gun, no upgrades. Any help would be appreciated.

I deleted that file like you said, and it does work. She runs like Claire again when you have the SLS60 equipped. I rather have her run like Ada, but it's fine. This will have to do for now I guess, thanks for the help.
