Do you get any crashes like without the "cleon" mod?No, it's too complicated now and you can not initialize the mode. I plan to do it later when I get a chance. I updated the trainer yesterday. Download link is still the same, so you can test if it works for you now.

It's another update now. T_T Today's patch did not affect the executable, so the trainer should still work. People might wanna click on "re-read game archives" so the mod manager knows of the changes done to the PAK file.

Hello, Thank you for being so active lately. I would like to know, is there any way to fix the "unsupported game version" for the trainer, i read you had to update it right? Will you plan to do so? Thank you in advance for replying ! I updated the trainer yesterday. Download link is still the same, so you can test if it works for you now. It does work! Thank you very much.

Error: Failed to open c:/program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2\re_chunk_000.pak for reading and writing during path re-validation. Failed to uninstall mod due to re-invalidation error.
time to copy 24gb of backup files:/
Anyway to avoid this when the game updates?

After initialization after the new patch, I tried to find out the error that caused the character error last time. When I change Leon to Claire, I still get the error. And I changed the Claire to Karin, but I do not get an error, but the event does not happen. If there is an error or a stop, you will see an error or an event that did not occur when you are next to the police car at the start.

Failed to uninstall mod due to re-invalidation error. time to copy 24gb of backup files:/ Anyway to avoid this when the game updates? The easiest way to avoid this is to have no mods installed when the game gets patched. If you have mods installed, you could check "force uninstalls", uninstall the mods, and hope the patch fully overwrote the PAK file rather than update parts of it. In that case, you're fine. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to make this work better. The problem is that there is no way for me to track what part of PAK files was modified when the game gets patched. So far we've been lucky that Capcom has decided to add new PAK files rather than patch/replace old ones, but yesterday's patch did a big update to the main PAK file. Edit: The error message you get seems weird, though. The mod manager shouldn't ever have a problem opening the PAK files. Was the game being actively patched by Steam as you tried to uninstall mods?

The pak file was locked by an unknown application. needed a windows restart to release it. I re downloaded the game and reinstalled mod manager to reset everything and be sure there were no invalidated files in the pak. All good

I'm getting a crash whenever I hover over one of Snip's weapon reskins in the manager. I have the latest version so I dunno what's up!

Yes, other mods are fine.
I did sort of fix it, but I don't know EXACTLY what the problem is. What I did was unzip the mod's rar file, shorten some of the text lines in the ini, then repack it as a rar myself. Maybe some text strings are messing up the mod loader?

Hmm, I'm getting the crash using one of his Beretta mods, but it doesn't happen on my latest WIP build. I've rewritten all the code related to loading mod information, and I must have had poor error handling if any text exceeded any limit in the old version. I'm not sure when this version is ready as I have some more features to add and then I wanna do a bunch of testing, so I think I'll just poke snipz and ask him to fix the mods which cause a crash.

New WIP build: www.fluffyquack.com/WIP/modmanager.rarChangelog: pastebin.com/raw/S9uMttqUThis new version has a bunch of changes, so I'm gonna wait before I make it a proper public release. If anyone can test it and report bugs, that would be appreciated. One of the additions to this new version is a system for tagging mods with categories. It's up to mod authors to add lines like these to the modinfo.ini file: category=Model category=Claire Each mod can have up to 10 tags. Here are some tags I suggest using: Music mod: category=Music Reskin mod for one of Claire's outfits: category=Texture category=Claire All new outfit (model mod) for one of Claire's outfits: category=Model category=Claire Sound mod (sound effects, voices, etc): category=Sound Nude mod for Claire (aka, 50% of the mods uploaded to Nexus): category=Model category=Claire category=NSFW UI re-texture or edit: category=UI For just about everything else: category=Misc

Fluffy, quick question. I have issues with the 2b no skirt mod. I have tried a alternate version that is known working for multiple people but it wont show up in game for me.. The regular version shows no heads on any character. I have completely reinstalled the game and this latest version of MM. Is there any separate place that MM stores files, such as appdata etc, or is it all in its own semi portable directory?
