Not sure why but when I try to access the download site for updating via links posted here I get the your connection is not privet etc. and when I allow it via the advanced option it redirects to a site not found page happens on all browsers tried thought I see if something was up with that or not. I'm not sure how you can get around that if even other browsers don't work. You could download the mod manager off Nexusmods (https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil22019/mods/119?tab=posts&BH=0), though that's not the latest version. I can contact my webhost and ask them why it's not possible to load my website using an encrypted connection.

Deleting mods on the fly using your GUI does not work for me. Does it show an error message? What mods are you trying to delete?

Deleting mods on the fly using your GUI does not work for me. Does it show an error message? What mods are you trying to delete? I get a pop-up dialog prompt to delete selected mod, hit YES and it shows "deleted" message on the log. However the mods still remain within the folder. I tried to use this feature to delete some of my RE2 Remake mods which all are in .rar format. I am running the latest modmanager (v2.111).

One of the mods: mega.nz/#!vl5U2KLI!oHhoYxkKYMOJWIe2T-i3ZWvh1giJvqtuFjexc38UGks Try this version: www.fluffyquack.com/tools/modmanager.rarLooks like I had a bug where a RAR file was still opened by the mod manager for reading when it tried to delete it, which meant you had to delete it twice for it to actually get deleted. But it should work correctly in that new version.

I now have a small request. Would it be possible for you to add support for non .pak based mods? e.g I have a First Person Perspective mod which only consists of one DLL file. For it to work, it needs to be copied to RE2R root folder. However when I try to install it using modmanager, it fails to do so, because it doesn't find any .pak files within mod archive. Basically I would like modmanager to have ability to copy over files w/o modifying any .pak files.

This is a feature I wouldn't mind adding, but I'm not sure how to go about it. The mod manager assumes everything in the "root" directory doesn't contain modded files (it's assumed to be documentation, screenshots, and such). Maybe I could make the mod manager scan that folder too, but ignore various formats (like ini, txt, png, jpg, etc).

So modmanager would ignore "modinfo.ini", .txt files (if any), mod preview files (.jpg and .png) and would just copy over everything else? How about mod removal? Would it need to create some sort of log file with the file names it copied?

Uninstalling would still work fine. Uninstalling already works by tracking which files are copied and saving them to installed.ini. The big question would be figuring out a file filter which is reliable. At least these need to be ignored: modinfo.ini the game's executable *.txt *.png *.jpg *.jpeg I'll see if I have time to experiment with this later.

Okay, you can try this: www.fluffyquack.com/WIP/modmanager.rarI haven't tested this thoroughly, so you can let me know if anything doesn't work as intended. Right now it will accept installing any file in the root folder, except for these: Game executable modinfo.ini *.txt *.rtf *.jpg *.jpeg *.psd *.png *.tga *.bmp *.gif *.url

My tiny dinput8.dll gets copied to the RE2R root folder. Uninstalling it works too! Also Installation/uninstallation of regular mods work as before. Thank you so much for this little upgrade
