So go into the actual game files, not the mod manager, to delete them? Sorry, I'm super new at this and "I don't know what I'm doing" doesn't cover it adequately lol

Sorry, I'm super new at this and "I don't know what I'm doing" doesn't cover it adequately lol If you want a mod to be gone from the game, you do this: - Start the mod manager. - Click on "manage mods" to the top right. - Finally, click on "uninstall all mods" This removes the mods from the game. If you want to remove the mods from the mod manager, then you delete the files manually (which sounds like you've already done). You can still uninstall mods even after deleting the files for them.

I did that, and it didn't turn off the two mods I accidentally installed, they remained while everything else turned off.

What version of the mod manager are you running? Version number shows to the bottom left of the window when you start the mod manager. V1. 793 Hmmm, I don't know of any bugs like that in that version. You can link me the two mods and I can try to reproduce the bug so I can fix it. In the meantime, you'll have to verify file integrity in Steam to force the mods to get uninstalled, and then click on "re-read game archives" in the mod manager.

Edit: Hmm, I tested installing both mods at the same, in a different order and everything, but I'm able to uninstall them and the game reverts to its unmodded state, so I'm not sure what went wrong for you.

As I said, I don't really know what I'm doing so it wouldn't surprise me if I somehow managed to completely mess it up in some new and hitherto unexpected way. Thanks <3

When I listen to music using Foobar2000 (or any other music player) with WASAPI plugin or ASIO this tool is crashing. Not a big deal cuz it works when I close music player but still a little annoying  Sorry, but I have no idea why that's happening and I'm not sure how to even look for the cause. I do have sound support in my program (for the jukebox feature which works with some games), so it has to be somewhere there, but this could also be a bug on the side of WASAPI. i press active trainer and it says supported game not found. but it installed mods perfectly. before the patch it was working well :S i may try to redownload it. When you say "patch" do you mean a patch for the game or the mod manager? Latest patch for RE2 was one week ago, and I updated my mod manager one day later with support for that patch. i meant game patch, anyway i redownloaded its working now  tnx problem is forum shows you edit your post at feb 6 ( patch came later), thats why i thought you didnt update your mod manager. it works well tnx so much.

Oh boy am I stuck. I downloaded the mod manager and everything is good. I turn on the trainer, swap Claire for Annette and turn character swapping to yes. Now this is where it gets tricky. Starting a new game will load up until the first cutscene and then gives me an infinite loading screen. Loading another save puts the character back in the front inside of the station without any weapons and items. sometimes even going to the item box it wont have the infinite items i've earned. Other times it wont even show Annette but Claire and other times it'll throw me out of bounds/area not loading and I don't know what to do lmao
all I want to do is to play the game hardcore, Claire A as Annette xD

You will hit encounter several roadblocks, especially during the A scenario.
