The mod manager stores everything in its own directory (it's fully portable). This sounds like it's something wrong with the mod rather than the mod manager.

It show no heads on any outfits. Someone supposedly fixed it but I see no difference in game what so ever, like its not even installed.
Not trying to bother you with problems, just annoyed that I have been trying different things for hours to no avail.

The way this mod has been implemented is a mess.
its done in 2 parts, 1st part is a natives folder + a dlc folder that needs to be copied to game folder (to uninstall you will have to re download the dlc as it replaces the pak file with a dud)
2nd part is installed via mod manager and replaces 2 of Ada's costumes. The author does state Claire's other costumes will have no head.

Fixing it will require a fair amount of rework.
I would suggest posting in the Authors release thread.

The mod is double foldered....

You will need to extract the 2B no skirt replace Claire(Classic Jacket).rar into games/re2r/mods.

you will see a folder named 2B no skirt replace Claire(Classic Jacket). enter this folder and you will find the same folder again.
right click on the 2B no skirt replace Claire(Classic Jacket) folder and select cut from the drop down menu.
return to the games/re2r/mods folder, right click in an empty space and select paste from the drop down menu.
you should now have 1 2B no skirt replace Claire(Classic Jacket) folder and inside that should be the natives folder + files for mod manager.

you can now repack the 2B no skirt replace Claire(Classic Jacket) into a rar file or leave it as it is in the mods folder.

in mod manager un-install and re-install the mod to apply the changes.

It's Resident Evil Mod Manager\Games\RE2R\Mods\2B no skirt replace Claire(Classic Jacket)\natives\x64 and then sectionroot and streaming.

Does not work for me packed or loose.

Even a fresh game install with fresh mod manager.

When it is enabled, no outfits have a head.

All the other outfits will be headless, that is stated by the Author. as default head model have been disabled.

That load file warning shouldn't be there. I added that by accident and forgot to remove it (it is removed in the latest WIP release). It's okay for installed.ini to not exist if no mods are installed at the time. Based on everything else in the log file, it looks like it's installing that mod correctly.

The trainer is configured to work with most patches released. I have no idea what changes a crack does to the executable for RE2, so it's possible my trainer doesn't work with any cracked version of RE2.

Would it be feasible to add a "Mutually Exclusive" function to mod manager?

Something along the lines of... in the mod.ini for my mod I place a list of id numbers for other mods. if other mods are currently installed with a matching ID then that mod gets automatically un-installed before installing my mod.

Basicly when mod manager reads the mod.ini for a mod its about to install it makes a not if it has an ID number. then when another mod is installed and it has the exclusive flag with an id number for another mod
if that other mod is installed, then it kets removed first.

this would be useful where you have say 3 mods that replace zombies with various other enemies but only 1 can be installed at the same time, so installing a mod that replaces zombies with pale head
would automatically remove other mods that replace zombies.

you could give the user a warning message, somthing like "dogs to pale heads" requires "dogs to poinson zombies" to be removed, would you like to proceed..

A warning would good, just to let the player know he might have conflicts.
