Cool mod, would be even better with the RPD bulletproof vest! 
Too bad I don't have any of the DLC costumes except the Elza one... Isn't there a way to replace the default outfits? I'm pretty sure very few people use the old-school "98" skins that came with the Ghost Survivors update...

Hey Snipz! Nevermind, I was able to learn how to do it myself I used the navy blue uniforms you made for me as a base and I was able to make it on my own lol I feel so proud of myself XD XD Thank you
