It looks like they just mixed around three different mods: HairAdaThis outfit You can delete the unnecessary files and install normally if you know what you're doing.
If not, then the easiest way to get it working while touching the least amount of stuff is to:
1. Create a folder in your mod folder and name it Elza blonde or something and unzip the Blonde Elza mod there.
2. Delete the 920564 folder and then install it.
3. Unzip Ada's mod to your mod folder
4. Go to Ada Elza Replacement only\natives\x64\objectroot\prefab\character\survivor\parts\pl1000 and delete pl1000_body_costume_C.pfb.16 and pl1000_hair_costume_C.pfb.16
5. Go to Ada Elza Replacement only\natives\x64\sectionroot\character\player\pl1000 and delete everything in that folder.
6. Install your edited Ada mod on top of the blonde one.
7. Install this outfit (a mod manager version) on top of that. Thank you! Where can you learn how to switch heads and bodies? I wanna experiment too!
