Claire Very Noir with Messy Hair
Makes Claire Noir have messy hair with a black re-texture.
Now you can have Claire Noir Very Noir so you can have more Noir while you Noir!
Install with Fluffymanager or extract to your RE2R Directory

Hi,I Knw how u can do it urself.its easy. 1st download and install the black noir with messy hair.then download this ( residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/9986/default-hair-claire-dlc-costumes ). then extract the file.then go to C:\Users\USER\Downloads\Claire Noir Hair\natives\x64\objectroot\prefab\character\survivor\parts\pl1000 (thats my place where i put it.urs can be different ) and copy pl1000_hair_costume_a.pfb.16 & pl1000_hair_costume_b.pfb.16 to ur Game folder D:\Games\Resident Evil 2\natives\x64\objectroot\prefab\character\survivor\parts\pl1000 . I tested it and it works

This is amazing! Though I am not sure how well all black will look with game's lighting... Can someone make a version with light blue or red shirt?
Edit: I managed to add this hair to transparent white one, using same procedure outlined by ClaireRedfield19, I think bra showing through makes her more of a femme fatale.
