Are you playing the pirated version? Because unless you haven't patched the game (which shouldn't really happen anyway), there is no reason the trainer wouldn't support a version from an official release afaik. Note that trainers and tools on here are usually meant for official releases and as such, are subject to be incompatible with pirated versions.

I can't seem to figure out how to model swap using it. Can shed some light on how do to it? Thanks.

It's pretty much straightforward. Launch mod manager, select Resident Evil 2 Remake if needed. If you have "Launch game" and "Activate trainer" visible, do so. Launch game, then activate trainer. Click on "Trainer functions". From there: - Swap character "No" → Click to change for "Swap character Yes" And you're set. "Replace: Leon" + "With: Leon" will allow you to change Leon for any chosen character. Choose your desired character on the "With button" "Replace: Claire" + "With: Claire" do the same for Claire. Same as above, click on the "With button" to the desired character. You can also swap side characters by clicking on "Replace: Leon" or "Replace: Claire" for any characters of your choice and then following the same logic as above, for example: "Replace: Leon → Replace: Ada" + "With: Leon → With: Katherine" will swap Ada with Katherine. So you can pretty much swap up to two characters at the time. Once your characters are chosen in the trainer, load any savefile and the swap will apply. If you appear in the void or outside the playable area, there is a list of predefined locations in "Teleport to pre-defined positions". Choose the location closest to you. N.B.: Make sure to put every desired items in your item box before swapping, because each characters have its own inventory. N.B.2: It's impossible to do a full playthrough as another character, you're bound to meet blockers at some point. N.B.3: Use with caution, if you save as another character it will save your current model and it can break the game.

I already did that, i open my game then open mod manager then i click activate trainer however the message said failed to hook unsupported. Should i uninstall all the mod in the mod manager first before activate trainer? And i am using reshade also when activate trainer. Could this be a cause problem failed to hook unsupported game?

Should i uninstall all the mod in the mod manager first before activate trainer? And i am using reshade also when activate trainer. Could this be a cause problem failed to hook unsupported game? Well I can't know for sure. Yeah, perhaps reshade could be the issue, or anything that target re2.exe basically. There is no reason for the swap mod to -not- work since it target memory addresses, nothing really dependent of "game versions" per se. Don't bother uninstalling the other mods from the manager, they're inconsequent. I'd recommend trying without reshade just in case, and if the problem persist try maybe verifying the game's file integrity with Steam. And in worst case scenario, there's another alternative with Cheat Engine/tables, but it won't fully replace the character, just swap the physical model. So the grunts/voices and animations will mostly be the ones from the original character (Leon or Claire).

Looks like yet another patch got released today, so my trainer is most likely incompatible until I update it.
