mechanicalpaladin The rule still says: "Do not condemn other users for speaking in languages other than English. New topics should be in English, however, should discussion veer into another language, do not demand that those taking part in the discussion STOP speaking in a language they are probably more comfortable with. Do not demand that they translate everything, either." So if you really want to be a part of the conversation why not tag the respective members in a PM and ask to be included?, rather than snarkily point out the shift in language. Besides Johnny Valentine is probably right in that the conversation veered between the two people. Not like everyone is on the forum 24/7 so people are free to speak in whatever language they see fit for the moment.

You mess with a fictional character, I mess with your real life. What the fuck man.. This picture is making a joke. That is not to say that there aren't mentally ill people who'd react in such a way as indicated by Stephen King's "Misery".

Pretty much an everyday routine:

If you did a reskin for your own sake, then that's the only justification it needs. Why the need to point out your hesitation unless you were looking for constructive criticism?
Or were you just wanting an excuse to react pettily over people's remarks?

Last week i had an injury in my lower back. Fuck me right? Heavy fucking Tbars with bad form. My mistake i was trying to get a new Pr 65kg/143lbs (without bar weight) for 8 reps. Managed to get 6 though. Then the moment i lowered that shit it hits me in the back :/ . I finished the workout of course, the next 24 hours i was walking like a penguin. Every step hurt. I coulcd't do abs the next day. After that it started to get better as i have activated my core almost every day with different ab ex. especially planks. But anyways i feel much better now and for the moment i have taken an off period from Tbars and Bend over rows. Everything else seems fine. Back hurts only when i stretch it too much or when i get up in the morning. I'll get back to those Tbars tho, they can't escape me for long. Yikes, reminded me of that time I somersaulted into a machine way back. I was squatting 100lbs barbell without a rack and usually did some bad formed clean and jerk to get the barbell over my shoulders and well on my 4th set I didn't quite get the bar over my shoulder when I sorta clunked it on my head, lost balance and fell backwards into some machine close by. Was bruised for quite a while. I hope your back has a swift recovery, I know when I banged my back, it took a good month or 2 and even then I wasn't sure I fully recuperated till I just kept soldiering and soldiering on, which is all you can do. Take your time with the T bars and go lighter weights if need be. Try 2 sets of 12 reps before pushing up the weight ladder. Sure it's slower on the PR but better safe than sorry.

Thought I post fitness related images here for a change: I myself have been feeling pretty weary as of late and actually attempted to go to bed earlier but then forgot to set my alarm clock, so needless to say today is a unintended rest today. Managed to go 3 days in a row last week and I was pretty knackered after that. I obviously need to tweak my regiment if I want to go more subsequently, not that I need to, since I've been going steady with the current go 3-4 days a week. Whatever works and feels enough, right?! I'm not a big body so I need to respect I have different capacities of stamina and leverage. Been pushing at trying to raise dem weights, some are easier than others to the point where I catch myself dreading the whole process. Been eating more and I think its helped in me gaining some weight at 130lbs, at least I hope so since clothes can be 5lbs. So even at 125lbs, that's more than I was when I last weighed myself. Buts all that just numbers and I've kinda noticed the numbers aren't really what are motivating me as of late, they sure help but they also just waggle the distances in my face like an obnoxious entity and I'm like fuck the distance, if I wanna go there, I'll go there. Y'know, anyway here's another image:

I´m just too lazzy =_= kind of hate a little bit my self for that... Work on changing that then, bit by bit. No point hating yourself if its something you can genuinely improve on, that is of course easier said than done, but then if your keep trying, that's something to be accounted for as well! Habits are not easy to break and often we do fall off the wagon with trying to improve ourselves, but then that is part of the process too, so just take is a step at a time and keep your chin up! It's not always about the physical, the mental process has to be valued too:

Oh my God! Incredible! Thank you! May I ask where did you find this? Found it initially on a tumblr, then it had links to follow to the artist's profile.
