did you know how to make the hair physics ? Sorry For My Poor English for female models then no...it is required of animation swapping.which is hard to do,due to lack of tools. for male i did try before.but not good as its look.

Ok thank you but i have other questions.
Many models i download are not on the T pose. Do you have a saved T pose or every model has a different one? What happens if i import to milkshape in another pose? When i export as OBJ from XNA it doesn't export any tga. Only png photos?

you can adjust the pose by using the x,y,z coordinates on its bones. the only T pose i have are mostly for DOA (Dead Or Alive)and Vocaloids/MMD models.so i decide to not include them cause ofcourse models are different with its bones. export - most models from D.A are using .tga format.if it does then you can use them without converting.if the model are png.then its needed to be convert using photoshop. import - this is how it looks like in milkshape after adjusting the bones. i honestly think i need an appologize for my tutorial.its lacking of info and explanation.

Perhaps you can make a new detailed tutorial video? That would be a lot helpful. If you do so make sure to include how to make breast physX work. Oh and how to resize the new model onto the previous mod (same height). I didn't get that part.
I went and made a model completly up to the milkshake point. Then i had to go for something urgent when i found out i couldn't save my work because milkshake was not registered. WHAT A FUCKING BULLSHIT. It took me at least 1 hour finding the right groups and materials and all that scraped :X

Do you understand the problem? When i load the RE4 base model and then when i finish with scaling, i delete the RE4 model's groups. But so do some parts of my model too and i don't know why is that. When i remove the main part it crashes. Or this has to do because the legs are not straight down, but they are a little apart from original T pose?
Here is my progress so far. I'm trying to make the mod for Ada in Mercenaries, pl0b that is. Still don't know how the physX breast work.
