So when i reinstalled Resident Evil 4, i noticed that in the resident evil 4 folder, there is no xfile, xscr, or OGG folder and idk what to do. do you think anyone could send me those folders?

There should be a .dat file instead with that name I believe. Is that there?

The xfile.dat, xscr.dat, and ogg.dats are there but im talking about the actual folders to replace character skins with mods and such.

Ah, that's an easy fix. You can convert those .dat files to gca simply by renaming it to .gca. Then open that file with a gca program, which wI'll extract it into folder form. You can compress it back to gca too, then back to .dat if you want that. As for the program to do that, I'm not sure where I downloaded it, but I used it not too long ago. I can upload it tomorrow if you'd like.

I ended up finding the GCA extractor on the old site, But thank you very much anyways for the thought I finally got all the files i needed.

No problem. RE 4 seems a breeze to mod once you dig in old sites, it's like a museum or something.
