Edit: Until I come to a better solution here's what you need to know about arc sound files:
1. you can't make any changes to the wav form. if you make any single change, a "compressed lossy format" message pops up and when you save and repack it the game would definitely crash with the core00.srqr error (don't you even think about your own custom wav)
2. you can't even edit the metadata infos there (the same scenario)....
3. you need to have the "Save extra none-audio information" as checked on the export window otherwise... (the same issue)....
All in all it's impossible to make any changes... It's very weird cause I compared the two files (the original and the modified one) and the specs are exactly alike....
I guess it has a lot to do with the header or some extra editions on hex editors.
If you have any info regarding the file don't hesitate to share it...
Thx

Anyone still need info about those files? Or this topic too old now and this task already solved?
