I've been using and enjoying mods from this website for a long time and never had any issues up until now. The reason why I created this thread was to know why my game crashes every time I edit .sngw files.
I thought the procedure was the same as other Resident Evil audio files having this extension. I mean rename it to .ogg, make your changes and rename it back to .sngw.
I'm using Adobe Audion 7.0 and it works perfectly fine for Resident Evil 5 but I have no idea why it just keeps crashing on REHDR... I've also tried other programs like Audacity or other formatting tools like Format Factory and the result was interesting:
Adobe Audition + Audacity = The game freezes
Format Factory = A message pops up saying it could not find the file in question.
I also tried to get the file information and export it as such:
The original file result:

No Steam Size and No Bit rate... Also the Writing Library is way different
Is that the reason why the "could not find" error message pops up ?
All in all, am I really missing something here cause I can't find any info about this! or do I need any modding tool ?
