hey guys i found something interesting in the raccoon city files under dlc 1 weapons then models. if you go there it will have all of the edgemodel files in the game. BUT apparently they were planning on putting the Colt Anaconda in there because theres a edgemodel file for it. unfortunately it must be incomplete because i cant view it in neosis with the script and when i try to export it to obj i get the same error..... and i really wanted a revolver...... although it would be really impractical since theres so many zombies, you'd only have six shots, the ROF is slow, and the reload might be slow to. cuz the deagle sucks and a revolver would just be worse. anyways i just thought it was interesting dude O MY GOD thank you so much i downloaded those 2 ssg programs back when there was a modding board for RE ORC but i lost them. now i can start modding and skinning again Thank you so much hey could you post a tutorial cause im trying to go off memory here from one i read when the game first came out and im not sure what im missing but the game either shuts off on startup due to some sort of runtime error or gets to the capcom loading then says error report it works fine otherwise i have skins for 4 of the spec ops and some weapons changed and that works just fine so a tutorial would be nice

Does anyone have a tutorial on how to do the character model swap the Wizard posted in the OP? I keep trying to do it via hex editing the .swb2 file but everytime I do it causes the game to crash at the Capcom logo. Any pointers?

Any pointers? thats the exact same thing that happens to me ive been trying it by a tut i read when REORC had a modding forum but it crashes on startup so im not sure if im missing something or doing something wrong i started playing raccoon city again last week and i just can't deal with the FOV i'm used to playing Resident Evil 5 and 6 with the camera far back so that i can see the whole character, that's just how i play but the only way to modify it that i found on the web doesn't work anymore. i think one of the updates along the way made it so it isn't possible. i doubt there's another way out there because ive looked all around the game files but if anyone knows how and i missed something please tell me i was wondering if anyone knows if there is a fix to this problem. i edited the weapon csv file under common and changed the specops handgun m92f in the weapon and changed it to the ravager however it still uses the pistol animations (walk, run, sprint, reload) so i was wondering if theres a way to change the pistol animations the rifle so i walk, run, sprint, and reload like the rifle. anybody who has played resident evil operation raccoon city will know what i'm talking about. this is the most unrealistic and impossible part of any resident evil game and any game period. when your teammates get infected you can shoot and chop the shit outa them. and when there dead and in a million pieces you can walk up to them and revive them like nothing happened................seriously what were you thinking capcom also when you die or get infected and die you cant be revived

EH! ----------------------------------- Mod name: Nemesis Mode for PC Mod author: JTegh/Jteghius maximus mod description: This mod changes the Team Attack/Team Deathmatch mode in versus to the XBox360 Exclusive gamemode: NEMESIS MODE. Bringing ALL Nemesis Mode stages Fully playable and functional to the PC version of RE:ORC the mod changes the gamemode from Team Attack to Nemesis Mode for the following stages: (NOTE! i am not sure if these names correspond correctly to what they're called ingame... these names with the exception of upload come directly from the files) - UPLOAD - Birkin's lab - City hall - Large warehouse - Car dealership - Lower core - Foundry - Lower core (again...? file was in two places.. replaced both) - Cemetary - Department store - sniper street CREATE BACKUPS FOR THE ORIGINAL FILES!!!!!!! here is probably also where i mention ALL participating players MUST have the mod installed in order for this to work! the structure for the folders wasn't entirely correct.. i have updated the download link so now it should be correct for all stages.. PACK 3 has a slightly different folder structure which i didn't notice untill now!... same download link as before. it now has the corrected version of nemesis mode... but just in case: Nemesis Mode Updated Download
