Bothered by the fact that the classic red herb is pink in this game but still called red? Or maybe just want to give a variety in the visual of the game's items?
I bring here the Red Herb Fix. This mod brings back the classic color of the Red Herbs while maintaining the realistic tone proposed by Capcom in the game.
Attention:
> Install the mod using FluffyQuack's ModManager;
> This mod changes the color of the herb icon in the inventory, so mods that change the inventory icons are not compatible;
> There is now two versions available: v1.0 is the initial fix and v2.0 is the new version with a more vivid red. You can check the little diferences between the two versions:

The "pink" herbs have really bothered me since the game's release. Thank you so much for rectifying it. Will be using this mod from now on.

Damn, a little mod yet so cool ! I don't understand why they choose to make the herb pink instead of red... Was there a reason behind that design ? So thanks much !

I'm sorry, but I don't intend to mess with someone else's mod. However, you can just delete the following file from my mod: "natives\x64\sectionroot\ui\ui0100\tex\ui0100_iam.tex.10" It changes the icon of items in the inventory, since my mod only slightly changes the color of the herb, it won't be much needed.

I took a look and yes it is version 1.0 But since version 2.0 only changes the texture of the herb, there is no problem in using that mod with mine.
