Jill is avaible in patreon right now. Hair physics will be exclusive for donators. She is early access in patreon right now. I will publish her later here but without hair physics.

Not to be a bitch, but I think this is really wrong. Making people pay for mods should never be encouraged IMO, especially since this is not our IP.
Nice mod and good work, but I don't agree with this instance at all.

Nice mod and good work, but I don't agree with this instance at all. she will be free. only hair physics are exclusive. its a way people can support me for all the time i do for modding I know but I still think it's wrong to charge for something when it comes to modding. I'm not against patreon or a 3D artist making money, I'm just against importing a 3D model you didn't make, for an IP you have no rights to, to a game you didn't help build, from a company you aren't hired in, and then charging for it when all you did was rigging. I get that the main mod is free, but there shouldn't even be this mod DLC you are coming up with. Companies are totally within their right to take down mods if they want to, we are always going to be at their mercy. And this kind of behaviour can harm the entire community should it start becoming popular and the publisher simply decide that it no longer will allow other people to make free money off from their assets. There are companies who are totally anal about modding and don't allow anything at all, be it free or not like Nintendo. We are lucky Capcom isn't one of these and so we should be thankful for them and respect their wishes. I'm not trying to diminish your work or the time you've spent on this, I mean I'm a modder myself (just not of RE) and I know first hand how exhausting and time consuming rigging can be, especially a good one. I just think that it's unfair for you to want to profit on modding when there are thousands of other modders who make things just as elaborate (if not more) than this and do it for nothing other recognition or simply fun. Let's not forget that we also have the people who study the game's format and spend countless days, even weeks, in endless trial and error programming cycles until they finally come up with a way for us to export and import new models. Their effort is extremely admirable and most likely more than anything we modders have to deal with, and they ask for nothing in return. Remember I'm not saying this to make you feel bad or anything, I'm saying this because it has the potential to harm the entire modding community of RE.

i dont know if people realize my mod will be free except hair physics.
making this model took me almost 20 days. so many issues, and problems. if you notice there isnt much high quality mods around because it takes too much time. so if nobody supports me i wont be able to spend my time, so there wont be more mods. i didnt make 3d model but spend too much time fixing her and fitting her to re2. it isnt simple. its a hard task. with your logic then nobody should sell drawing commissions of any video game, because they didnt make the game but they are selling draws, artworks etc.
people dont have to pay me, so if someone get annoy i get some donations, simply dont pay. i asked permission to modders, they are ok with patreon links.
i can understand you have your opinion, but nobody have to pay for mods. they do it if they want it. im not forcing anyone to pay.
also my mod have free version so i dont understand what is the problem. anyway i will not let this topic to be discussion. its okay you are telling me your ideas.

Some games, not only RE2, but some games sell a lot more than usual just because there are those who make mods, and the software-houses are aware about this.
I simply wanted to give my personal opinion, I will not comment further on this matter.

As a modder myself, I'm against that kind of behavior. Like already said, it hurts the modding community, and if everyone does that, mods will be soon forbidden by IP owners... I know how hard and time consuming can be to make a mod, but it's a very bad idea.
Otherwise, very good work, impressive.

I just want to keep modding games without all companies locking their games that's all. If you want to sell mods, it's fine, just use your own assets. Be responsible please, don't kill our hobby!

Couldn't have put it any better myself, modders are at the complete mercy of the companies and we are very lucky Capcom is lenient with modders at the moment. We don't want paid mods as a thing as it has the potential to completely destroy ALL modding. It's happened to other modding communities and we don't need it here!

I like the mod, quite a bit, but you are charging for the full version... which makes it a paid mod.

Setting our diferrences aside and i do believe its a good enough mod but asking for donation is fine hiding it behind a paywall is not imo. Comissions are fine cuz theyre work made for 1 perosn but releasing a full version of the mod behind a paywall is just a bitch move imo. But you do you.
