After some experimentation between both the PS3 & PC version of Revelations 2 aswell as the audio guide uploaded by Overseer. I was successfully able to replace the ingame voice audio with custom audio without having to import and replace as was suggested back in 2015.
The audio itself is 16-bit 48000Hz Mono stored in ogg (renamed to sngw [unprotected]) and should work flawlessly ingame 
To install, just drag and drop to your "\RESIDENT EVIL REVELATIONS 2\nativePCNext\sound\dia\common" folder
I will update the formatting on this thread sometime in the near future Happy Raiding

Nice work there was a mod in progress on Rebecca Chambers that could suit this pretty good a while ago but I think it was dismissed U_U

Is it possible to insert the voice of Jill from RE5?Taking as a basis the file from this part and convert by inserting here?

This is a comparison of the REV2 vocal audio & RE5 vocal audio. Outside of the higher volume (RE5) and encryption (REV 2), they are relatively the same
in theory you should be able to just do the following without needed to do anything extra (unless you wanna lower the volume on the specific lines using audacity)
Find the specific voice file you want to replace - Rename the Jill file from RE5 to the REV2 file name
- Copy the Jill file to the REV2 folder and overwrite it
REV2 can natively play unencrypted .sngw files

When downloading the file the voice falls Rebecca not Axelle.Tried several times the same thing
