Worked on this yesterday while watching Netflix and falling asleep in my chair.
Gonna work on making that seam better. Also still need to adjust for the necklace and blend up the textures~ Oh, and I'm not entirely sure why this happens when I look at it from above, but it might be because I only have one LOD atm.

I hope you're still working on this, it would really be great to have Ada's head on Claire's costumes.

Yes, I am still working on this~ I've got the textures edited and the vertices lined up to the body so the seam is much better, but there is one part on the right side of her neck that keeps making a gap when she moves around that's driving me insane

If I can ask about a couple of details: - Are you going to remove the black spot on her forehead so it works well with Claire's hair? - Is it possible to make it work with noir costume? I'm asking because when I tried to put ada's head on noir costume before there wasn't a seam, but there was a gap, so it needs remodeling?

Yeah, that shadow on her forehead was driving me insane so it's already gone~ There's only one head mesh so if it fits one outfit, it will fit all of them. Ada's neck/collarbone on her head mesh doesn't extend as far as Claire's does so that's where the gap is coming from when you just switch the head. You'll see it on all the costumes except Elza because that chest is completely covered. I think the one issue I'll have is with the Military DLC because Claire's skin is a completely different color instead of just dirty and Ada only has 2 variants so that will have to be separate.

SUPER EXCITING (to me at least)! I just figured out how to add totally new texture variants in for this~ I was a few minutes away from uploading my progress here as a mod when I thought of it. Ada only has 2 different texture variants (clean/dirty) while Claire has 5 (clean, a little dirty, dirtier, dirtier with cut on face, tanned and dirty). That was an obvious barrier besides the bone issue that's preventing the mesh from lining up perfectly when she moves. I ended up copying the pl2050_01 folder, renaming it and everything in it to pl2050_02, changing the mdf to use the _02 stuff, and then editing the pfb file for the military DLC to point to the _02 files. And, after painting something random across the face to see if it worked properly, loaded that up in game and it worked! So, now I'm gonna make all 5 variants for Ada here. Although not tonight because it's super late~
