In "Select a costume to replace" there are three folders each called "Elza", "Military" and "Noir" Pick the dlc costume you want to replace and open that folder, inside should be another folder with a bunch of numbers for a name open it. Inside the folder there's a file called "re_dlc_000.pak" that goes in the dlc folder of your choice, make sure to back up the original. Place the natives folder to the main resident evil 2 root directory and you're all set!
